Meet Emma
After being a collegiate athlete, I found myself looking for more intentional, mindful movements that focused on functionality and mobility and allowed me to stay flexible as I aged. This led to me becoming a certified yoga instructor, and shortly after, I received my doctorate in chiropractic care.
After beginning a very busy chiropractic practice, I experienced chronic lower back pain myself. I always knew the benefits of using movement as medicine, but through my own back pain, I truly experienced it first hand.
After I healed my own chronic low back pain with movement and mindset hacks, I set out on a mission to help other busy, ambitious women to do the same. I believe in empowering women through education so that they can become the driver of their life, take their health back, and live up to their full potential.

Hey! I'm Emma, and if we haven't had the pleasure of meeting yet, I'm here to help you on a journey to improved mobility, pain relief, and the timeless feeling of youthfulness within your own body. My passion revolves around fostering longevity, enhancing functional movement, and achieving optimal wellness.
With a career as a chiropractic doctor that began in 2018, I've honed my expertise in the realms of mobility, addressing low back and hip discomfort, and empowering individuals to take command of their health by regulating their nervous systems.
My personal journey as a lifelong athlete, having pursued a soccer scholarship in college, has equipped me with a profound comprehension of the human body, injuries, and the prerequisites for cultivating strength and confidence within oneself. Over the years, I've dedicated myself to lifting weights, engaging in competitive sports, and persevering through various injuries. As I've matured, my focus has shifted from sheer strength to optimal mobility. My ultimate goal is to enjoy the flexibility to play on the floor with my grandkids at the age of 75.
It's no longer about superficial fitness appearances; it's about nurturing mobility and experiencing genuine well-being in one's own body.
